Donations–things we need

We are NOT a charitable organization (yet).

 

We are starting the process to make Angel Rooms a 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Organization; however we cannot guarantee that this will happen or that the IRS will approve our application once it is completed.

 

IF we obtain a favorable ruling from the IRS, then the usual advantages will apply from that date forward.  This should allow the company who donates the hotel room or apartment to deduct the value of that room as outlined in the IRS codes (check with your CPA).

 

In the mean time, WE NEED ROOMS.  If you or a company you know has access to empty hotel rooms on occasion, please let us know. (email us)
